I am stunned by the progress!
I am stunned by the progress I have made with this device and absolutely love it!! I have been using the Smoothskin device for about 7 weeks and have already seen a considerable reduction in hair growth. At the beginning of the treatment, my black hair was highly visible, however now I can go an entire week with barely any regrowth on my legs and armpits. The device is easy to use and I have found as the weeks have progressed the process has become quicker and easier. It is easy to hold, and the smaller head attachment is great for getting into those hard-to-reach places! This is a product I would highly recommend.

As a first time user of a SMOOTHSKIN Pure fit IPL hair removal system, I have been extremely satisfied with the results. The device is easy to handle, lightweight and looks good, I had the white model.
I was a bit intimidated at first, but after reading the instruction booklet a few times to fully understand what I needed to do beforehand (I didn’t realise there are certain things you need to do before using the machine, such as shave the area first and not on tanned /dark skin and to do a skin test first) I took the plunge, and gave it a go…
I found it very easy to use, and after a few minutes, I got the hang of it – the initial flash and sound startled me at first, but I soon got used to it and got the hang of keeping it flat against my skin – It did kind of tingle with the mildest of discomfort,
but it was short lived after a minute or so it subsided, and the more I used it, the less it seemed to happen.
After a few weeks of using it, I have noticed a significant reduction in unwanted hair growth. I haven’t used the Precision head as I was using it on my back so there was no need.
Although the booklet mentioned there may be some minor side effects that can occur with using an SMOOTHSKIN Pure fit IPL hair removal system, such as skin irritation or burns, I have not had any that I can make any real mention of, but if anyone is worried about this, these can be minimized by following the manufacturer’s instructions and taking proper precautions mentioned in the booklet.
Overall, I would highly recommend the SMOOTHSKIN Pure fit IPL hair removal system to anyone looking for a safe and effective way to reduce unwanted hair growth. It has been a game-changer for me and I am extremely happy with the results.
Easy to use, easy to store and pack away
Iv been using this product for about 12 weeks, the hair on my legs has become a lot lighter and Iv seen a massive reduction in the amount of times I have to shave my legs. Iv left my legs for 2 weeks and had minimal grow back. The device is very compact and easy to use, easy to store and pack away I would recommend this product – it does what it says it would do.
Pure genius device!! I Love it
I have been using the SmoothSkin pure mini for approx 8 weeks, I was a little apprehensive at first as I thought it may be painful but there was no discomfort whatsoever. It takes a few minutes to use on each area and I can honestly say I have seen a massive difference to the hair regrowth on my legs and underarm area. I would definitely highly recommend this device
Amazing! I can go weeks without shaving now
I was bit unsure whether IPL would work for me, I have light skin and dark blonde hair but I started using SmoothSkin Pure Fit 2 months before my holiday. It worked really well! My skin was smoother from the second time I used it and started growing back much slower. I now only shave my armpits once a week or two weeks where a couple of hairs still come through and I can go weeks without shaving my legs now. I don’t get any ingrown hairs or irritation anymore.

How often do I have to use my SmoothSkin Pure FIT?
In the first few weeks, you will still see some hairs growing – relax. These will likely be the hairs that were not treated in their growth phase (when IPL is most effective). Just be sure to keep up with the treatments. From around 4 weeks, you should be seeing a reduction in hair regrowth. There will still be some hairs that need treating as you need to catch each hair in the right phase, but with continuous treatments, hair will not regrow.

What is each comfort mode for?
Gentle Mode can be used on more sensitive areas or if you find Power Mode uncomfortable. Operating the device in Gentle Mode will reduce the power output, and you will notice less Power Bar indicators illuminated when applied to your skin.
Speed Mode is the fastest mode, and therefore the lowest power mode. Speed Mode is best for treating larger areas where the hair is less dense (such as arms or legs), and where you want to move along the treatment area quickly. It can also be used as a maintenance mode, to be used to keep hair regrowth at bay after your initial treatment regime.
Why use the precision head attachment?
Using the precision head will slow your device down a little, so we only recommend using when needed, to ensure you get the fastest treatment possible.
